Tue 1st Dec - Tue 1st Dec
On the 12th of December our family Christmas production The Snow Hare in Winter begins, and we reopen our doors to our community once again. In preparation for this happy occasion, we want to decorate our foyer space to be festive and inviting for audience members, and we are looking to our community to help us.
In our foyer space we have several display boards which we would love to fill up with artwork by local over 50’s creatives.
LPAC will be running 2 online workshops which will explore the themes of our family Christmas production and guide participants in the art of collage. Exploring form, colour, texture and composition.
Workshop 1 will guide you through experiments with materials and collaging techniques. workshop 2 will give opportunities to share your progress and receive feedback and guidance to finesse your work.
A drop off box will be monitored at the LPAC Box Office in the Zing Café on Monday 7th and Thursday 10th December. Finished pieces must be dropped off on one of these dates in order to be safely quarantined in time to instillation.
